Artwork Submission Guidelines
 
​Submission Process:
Send an email with your artwork attached to info@colourwings.com.au with the subject line: “Artwork Submission - [Your Name]”.
File Formats:
File must be a vector file. Non-vector files may not be considered. 
Vector File Formats: AI, EPS, SVG, DXF, DWG
Non-Vector File Formats: JPG, PSD, BMP, PDF
Submission Requirements:
Ensure your artwork is original and created by you. By submitting, you confirm that you hold all rights to the artwork.
Copyright and Licensing:
By submitting your artwork, you warrant that your submission does not infringe on any existing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. ColourWings will not be responsible for any legal issues that arise from submitted artwork.
​​Rights and Usage:
By submitting your artwork, you grant ColourWings the exclusive rights to use, modify, and reproduce the design in any format, including but not limited to our website, social media, and products for commercial purposes.
You acknowledge that ColourWings may use your design in promotional materials and marketing campaigns without further compensation or notification.
Compensation:
If your artwork is selected, you will receive 10% of all profits made from the sale of your artwork.
Notification:
If your artwork is selected, you will be notified via email. At this stage, we will only contact artists whose work has been chosen. If your submission is not selected, don’t be discouraged - keep creating, and feel free to submit your artwork again in the future.
Artist Recognition:
If your artwork is chosen, we will proudly include your name as the artist on our website and feature you on our Instagram feed as part of our creative community. Please include your Instagram handle in your submission so we can tag you in our posts. If you prefer not to have your name published, please indicate this in your submission email.
Additional Notes:
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the artwork to ensure it fits our product specifications. These adjustments will be done with the intent of maintaining the integrity of your original design.​
